November 2018 Update

Well this is a first.  I have never sent out a mid-month newsletter but this is something special so I am making an exception.

We are moving.  After close to 17 years in Riverside we will be relocating to Salinas, CA.  It is time to downsize both home and yard.  To find a milder climate and less congestion.  Michael grew up in Salinas and until his mom's passing in 2016 we would visit several times a year.  It is John Steinbeck country with lots of farming, a small town feel AND it is within minutes of Monterey!

Our new 'old' home was built in 1938 and is Spanish in style with a tile roof and beautiful interior arched doors and coved ceilings.  It has two enormous magnolia trees in the backyard that create a lovely dappled light with their canopy of branches and leaves.  It will be a nice peaceful place to live out the rest of our lives-hopefully.

We will miss everyone that we have gotten to know over the years.  Riverside has been a very welcoming and inclusive city.  We have many fond memories of our time here.

To any locals who would be interested in purchasing my art please drop a line at mnico13@yahoo.com.  You can come by and view it before you decide whether you want to buy it.  To those out of the area please feel free to email me as well.  I would love to find homes for as many works as possible before we leave the area.
